This is the final report of the U.S. Department of Education's SDFS Advisory Committee released June 11, 2007. The report relects the consensus of members of the Committee, including findings and recommendations formulated in response to the questions the Secretary of Education posed to the Committee from the outset as well as additional issues raised during the course of the Committees work.
